The Circuit 3 Machu Picchu ticket presents a shorter route, encompassing the lower part of the Inca citadel. To access this section, you’ll first ascend to the high point of the Machu Picchu mountains, a journey lasting approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes (at a leisurely pace). From this vantage point, capture the iconic photo of Machu Picchu. Subsequently, descend to the Machu Picchu gate (not outside) before embarking on the exploration of Circuit 3, with a hiking duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
A limited quota of 100 tickets is available daily, divided into two schedules of 50 tickets each hour. This Machu Picchu ticket serves as an excellent alternative to the often sold-out Huayna Picchu or Huchuy Picchu mountain tickets.
